New and no chickens yet!

Hi! I don't have any chickens currently, but I would very much like to some day. I'm making sure I do tons of research first before I make any commitments. Plus learning about chickens is really very fun! I've been "lurking" on this forum for a little while, but I decided to join and start posting. I'm sure I'll learn a lot from this place!

and then take the plunge. I went the other way - jumped in with both feet and learned on the fly!

You will learn tons from this place! We built our coop before much thought was put into it. And now we are building a larger new coop 10 years later! Chickens are really fun, nice, and funny to watch! Good Luck!
