Last night was ribs

Haven't had ribs in a while. Thanks for the inspiration! It will get on the menu this week.

I'm making chili rellenos tonight and trying a couple new recipes for sides. Pupusas, which are little pockets made with a corn tortilla dough. They have beans and cheese inside. Also, an El Salvadorian cabbage slaw.

I'm cold and hungry and feeling lazy today. So, seeing as how it was mentioned a few days ago here, I'm falling back on something that used to be in my rotation at least every other month.
I didn't even bother browning the meat

I did not brown my roast either and it came out delicious. So good, in fact, now I'm envious of your dinner.

Today dinner..
Miscellaneous vegetable soup
Brioche hot cross bun from the shop
Boiled eggs
Banana, mandarin fruit and boiled chestnuts.

This is because I am taking a break from everything except eat and hug my chickens.
