Whatcha Making for Supper?

Haven't had ribs in a while. Thanks for the inspiration! It will get on the menu this week.

I'm making chili rellenos tonight and trying a couple new recipes for sides. Pupusas, which are little pockets made with a corn tortilla dough. They have beans and cheese inside. Also, an El Salvadorian cabbage slaw.

I'm cold and hungry and feeling lazy today. So, seeing as how it was mentioned a few days ago here, I'm falling back on something that used to be in my rotation at least every other month.
I didn't even bother browning the meat :)
