New and Want to Post a Picture

I'm new to the forum and am having difficulty posting a picture. I'm able to upload it to this gallery but cannot post in a forum message. Can anyone help?

You have to have a minimum number of posts in order to post photos onto the forum. I think it's around 10-15 posts. It's a measure put in place to prevent spammers.
