I am new at incubating and just want to know what temperature and humidity I should keep the bator at for chickens. I have heard several different things so far. I have a still air bator with an egg turner. Do I still have to turn the eggs from top to bottom, or is the 30% that the egg turner enough to hatch the eggs?

in a still air incubator the temp that I use is 102 if you have a turner I don't see why you would have to hand turn them. I don't mine

Since I have the turner, should I take it out of the incubator at day 18 and lay the eggs on the screen at the bottom? Or should I leave the turner in the incubator and just turn the egg turner off?
