Excited to get feed back. Currently we have 5 Golden Comets and 1 Bar Rock that are laying daily. Just brought home 6 Sapphire Gems who are now producing feathers. We just decided to get a couple of Easter Egger hens a year old and they are sick. I think the have worms and one I think has gape worms. I have them in quarantine but don’t know what to do. The sad part is I feel like the person I purchased them from new they where. I did reach out to let this individual know just in case. But the joking conversation in that individuals part appears to confirm my suspension. Hoping for some guidance on how I can save these little gals.

I know that respiratory issues can suddenly show up when a chicken is stressed, such as when moved to a new environmental. I also know that the birds are carriers. So even if they improve, they can spread it to your flock.
Fortunately you quarantined. However, it still may infect your flock, depending on how well you practiced biosecurity.
I know there are members here who have flocks that have respiratory illnesses. They may be able to give you some guidance.

One I’m pretty sure has worms as I have seen it in her poop. The other has a gurgling sound, shakes her head, and opens mouth and coughs. She has also lost a lot of weight. Her poop is very watery and not formed. Both have stopped laying eggs. I tried CORID for 3 days and symptoms did not improve. Then sprinkled some DE on food. Vinegar and garlic in water and no change. Vet want $100 for each bird to see them and that doesn’t include testing and or medication. Hoping their is something I can purchase over the counter to help them.

Some vets will do a float test on their poop, without seeing them. DE, vinegar, and garlic will not help. Corid works on cocidosis, but is not for general worming.
Safeguard is your best bet. You can pick some up at Tractor Supply. You give each of them a pea sized amount. I think you repeat in 3 weeks. But we better ask someone more experienced.
