I checked the last five eggs a couple hours ago. Two had died early, and the other three weren't fertilized. One baby died from the cold because he or she fell out of the nest area (found her on the ground this morning) I moved them all this morning to a better area so that won't happen again! 10 new babies, and one very happy mama hen. This is her 3rd batch of babies and she is only about 1 1/2 years old. yay

Thanks! The mom is an australorp. The babies are either barred rocks or australorps on the mom side, and fathered by either a blue orpington, light brahma, or bantam cochin.
