Hi. i have 2 muscovy ducks one male(Barbie) and one female(Tuxy). and i have two cayuga(Ariel and Alrin) both females i believe. they have all lived in the same pen although not always peacefully. Just yesterday Tuxy hatched out 9 little ducklings and i seperated her and her brood off from Barbie and away from the cayu
gas which are sitting on eggs also ( but not sure whats gonna happen with them) Anyhoo, Tuxy has flew across all the wire boundries to go to the outside walking perimeter with her babies and all the ducks are together. everyone has told me that the other adults will kill the babies or that Tuxy will kill the other adults if they get near the babies. what should i do. leave them be or try to seperate them more permenatly?
