NEW BABY CHICK HATCHED THIS MORNING

She is a grey silkie and she is sweet.

Will she be safe with the other hens or do I have to seperate the babies and moms?

Congrats on the new chick!

It's hard to say if mom will protect her from the other hens. Sometimes they do well and other times they don't. I would watch closely for how they react to the new family member and be prepared with a new space just in case.
