New baby chicks

ok so this question is coming from my mother she has a mixture of different hens ( Buffs, Winedots ( silver, Golden, Colombian)New Hampshire Reds, Aricana, Black Australop. She just recently hatched out 7 new babies all the eggs were from 7 different hens ( different being breeds) so why do all the chicks look the same if the hens are different breeds??

Might get coloring from dad plus u never kniw how a chick will color out...mine hatched yellow and all turned barred
