new baby chicks

Today is day 21. I'm home from work just now and one chick has hatched and is still partially wet. Do I leave him in the incubator until another one hatches or do I move him to the brooder by himself? Thanks!

I would leave him in there at least until he is dried off, but you can leave him in there for up to 24 hours if you need to. Congrats!
