Thank you for the welcome.
So far everyone is still alive and doing well. They seem pretty content. Lots of eating and drinking and pooping. The poop is grossing me out but I think I'll be getting used to that. With kids I can contain poop, these little ones just go anywhere.

How long should we be needing the heat lamp for them? A little worried about fire.

Glad to hear they are doing well! You can generally remove the heat around week 4.

Hello and Welcome To BYC! X2, usually you can remove the heat lamp and they will be OK at room temperature (around 70*) when they are around 4-5 weeks old, you can see them start to stay away from the heat for most of the day and sleep away from it when they don't need it any more.
