My wife was concerned we wouldn't be able to tell which babies were TURKENS.

You could see from the picture that I have more eggs awaiting hatching, 9 more to be exact. I've noticed in cooking/eating the other eggs that the inside membrane of the eggs is really tough to tear. Is this something I should worry about with my babies not being able to get through? How long should I wait before helping them? I'd hate to lose some because they couldn't get out.

Well it depends. If a chicks has had its beak in the air sac it should hatch in the next 24 hours. If it hasn't made a crack and its struggling make a little hole for it but don't crack it completely. I'll double check my research and let you knwo:P

Okay so I searched it up, and they shouldn't take longer than day 25. Remember to into lockdown!!!! At day 25 if there nothing from the eggs no peeping or cracks, I'd call it a no egg hatch. But if there's peeping at day 25, and cracking, give it a couple more days!!! Let me know if you have more questions:)
