New baby Rabbit needs antibiotic

We just got a baby Rabbit about 4 weeks old or so. I want to clean it out of any infection or health issue it may have. It's a little beat up so I just want to be safe. I want to do a home remedy like with our chickens we gave them a little garlic on the water to clear them of worms. What can sai for this little giy? Would epsom Salts work?
