New baby!

Precious picture! Relax... you are doing everything well. Chick PROBABLY won't drown but there are tiny waterers for new chicks. When ours raise chicks, they all just stay in the general population....moms are VERY protective and we haven't lost any to other chickens or roo. Have fun with them. (We've gone from a dozen Buffs to 40 hens with lots of breeds and mixes now.)

Mom can eat the food too and mom will take the chick outside when she knows it's time. The hen will take care of everything, don't worry.

Wow my hubby is afraid I'm going to keep on hatching new ones too, I can already say it's very addicting
