New Banny with wierd legs.

We have a chick that is a few days old and I noticed the day before yesterday that it's legs are, as my dear hubs put it, spread eagle. Is there anything we can do for it or did I wait to late to ask? It can't walk very well at all so we have been hand fedding and watering it. I'm hoping we can save it. Thanks for any help!

You have to put a band aid around both legs to get the legs closer together.
