Can anyone tell me what breed of bantam this is and if rooster or hen?

Not sure about breed. Kind of looks like a mille fleur d'uccle, but doesn't have feathered legs

He is either a Mille Fleur Old English game bantam or a Tournaisis bantam. Tournasis aren’t as popular in the US but I’ve seen them being sold here in Quebec. Looking at pictures of both breeds he is most likely a Mille Fleur Old English game bantam due to leg colour.
