New Bantams with 2 Wk Standards?

Somehow my order got mixed up and now I have a batch of Bantams that are one week old Friday and Standards that were one week Monday. The bantams have had a hard time--they sat in the PO on Sunday I think--and I lost quite a few the first day but the remaining chicks seem quite perky--even feisty. I have kept them separate so far, but was wondering if I can mix them anytime soon. I am running out of kiddie pools and the chicken house isn't exactly finished yet
