New Barn - 400 birds

Hey All,

I live in Chilliwack B.C. and I got approved for our small lot program that allows me to have 399 egg birds. I am planning to build a new small barn for it but I am looking for advice on the design and how to automate it as much as is useful.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

399 layers is a commercial operation beyond the scope of most backyarders so your best information will probably come through your local government agriculture agency resources.
