New bator...adding a fan?

So I bought a hovabator 1602 incubator everyone says they need a fan...if so is this true if not how do i control the temp without one or if I do need one how and what kind of fan do I need and how do I add it?

If your house stays a constant temp then you can get away without it.


All ya need is a 3 inch computer case fan an a 6 to 12 volt power plug. The fat black plugs

Last one I did I hung it from the roof with wire like a ceiling fan.
