New bee from arcadia florida

I am incubating. Chicken eggs just hade 2 starting to pipping I think that's what it called can here them chirping, I had. 3 that didn't make it out of the shell a couple days ago I am so afraid its going to happen again I want to help them but. I know I shouldn't. What should I do?
