or two off? I was looking at the thermometer and it said that it was accurate to + or minus 2 degrees. This is the thermometer that came with the unit.

You probably need to check it against another thermometer. It's better to be a little cool(might take a day or 2 longer to hatch) then too high(the egs will bake).
