New bird mom

Hey y'all. My name is Tia and I'm a new bird mom. About 3 weeks ago our adventure started when I "inherited" 3 quail chicks. They are such amazing birds! My kiddos have taken the liberty of naming them after the Peanusts gang. Charlie is all brown and the smallest of the three, Lucy is brown with white down her chest and kind of dominant over the flock. And then there is wood stock. When we got her she was missing some feathers on her head and the feathers still attached stuck up like the comic strip. She is my only egg layer so far. I'm a little concerned that the other two haven't started laying yet... I'm guessing hat they are 7-9 weeks old? I am hoping they are just taking of a while to adjust and will lay soon.
