New blue pullet, what is she?

(too much feathers, im referring to around her vent/leg area. most sumatras are "Poofy" around there. )

That's it!

and her face isn't quite as "gypsy" as it should be.

My sumatra hen is black, but her face is more black than that, and she has a very small walnut comb that is a very deep mulberry color, it is almost black it is so dark. She does put me in mind of a sumatra but, like I said I have black not blue. She is very pretty.

I'd say not likely to be an EE. Most are not as dark red in the face, many have muffs and beards, most have lighter legs, neck feathers are generally fuller, etc. That said, various breeds can be crossed with a blue egg layer to produce an EE, so there are wide variations of traits in EEs.
She has a Sumatra look to me, too. But her body and feathering seem a bit full for that? Might she be a Sumatra cross?
And yes, she really looks like a pullet to me.
Good job catching some up-close shots of your camera-shy young 'un
