New Born Very Weak

One of my new born chicks that hatched about 3 hours ago, is very week. The mother hatched it herself and unlike the others she seems to not be worried about this one. I found it away from the mom and stuck on it's back struggling to get up. I removed it and placed it by itself under a heat light. I did get it to drink some water but, other than that it just lays there. Does anyone have any suggestions?
