New Brinsea Advance Mini

Hi can anyone tell me what my incubator should do once I switch it on = mine is doing nothing only humming a fan, no buzzer as per instruction manual, and I have tried holding down + and - together, but digital screne is totaly blank. I am wondering is it faulty?

Mini came right on and is humming along. The display works as well. I would call customer service and see if they can help.

hi,

I phoned incubator shop were we got (it was actualy a santa present to my 7yr old son!), and the man was v. v. helpful, it was cable that contects incubator to power, and thankfuly I had got the starter pack which included brooder - which had the same cable that did work. So were now up and running, eggs coming later today, and going in tomorrow. Big excitment...
