New Brooder waiting on chicks

Finished Brooder this weekend for our first set of chicks. We are completely new to this but have been searching this awesome site for awhile. My sons and I took down their old playground to make the coop and run. I also picked up the concrete blocks for the coop to sit on to keep out the coons we have around here.
