New business classification

I am working on my finalizing my LLC.
I have been raising Started Pullets to about 14 weeks. We typically bring in chicks from hatcheries but also sometimes hatch our own, sell eggs, sometime day old chicks and hatching eggs, as well as a chicken related online gift shop. Everything is done at our personal residence.
I am pretty stumped on what to call the nature of my small little hobby business?
Am I a chicken farm, a homestead, a micro hatchery, a hobby farm, a online mercantile? Or what?

Well, that sounds like a good selection of products. Can you post some pictures of your gift merchandise to get some ideas?

Which part of your business is "the biggest" part? Gifts might attract different people from those looking for eggs or live chickens.

Right now Pullets are the biggest part of business. Gift shop is mostly homestead and chicken themed shirts, decor and candles etc. Already have a business name more so looking for the classification on what we are when explaining us to someone.
