I think it's because you only have two posts so far.
I forget what the number is--10, maybe-- but the system won't let a new member post pictures until you have posted more times (argh, that sounds so grammatically wrong--oh well) So, just post some more: maybe in your state/regional thread, in one of the "fun" areas, or even expand here. For example tell us more about yourself, your chickens, your interests, etc.
