New button house

I picked up a 40 gallon Critter Cage on Craigslist for $10 today! This will be our button pair’s house. Another pair will get an “apartment” in the living room (a 20 gallon long tank) set up similarly.

A full dozen started developing. 3 quit early on, so nine are still going strong, going into lockdown tomorrow evening! My son said “Much quail happy dance”, teen speak for “yay!!”.

Accurate interpretation of teen speak Pretty sure I've said those exact words, with 'chicken' in place of quail before lol
