- They do well indoors, but not outside in cold weather
- They are small enough to live in a cage
- A teen can take care of them
- They don’t eat a lot
- They don’t usually like to be held
- They don’t smell like coturnix quail
- They aren’t very noisy — but the boys do sing “hee-hee-hee”
- They’re as cute as...... BUTTONS!!!!
I personally think they’re a fun pet for a young person.
Also the bushes are mini fake trees from Christmas clearance. I just bent the branches down. The whole setup was less than $30. Craigslist is a good place for the tank cages — sometimes even free.Thanks! I like how you used a fish tank!

Gorgeous, i just discovered yesterday one of the whites we have is getting a wild feathers all down her spine so she might be tux wild white and that same one i discovered has blue eyes !!Yes! 6 beautiful baby buttons. 5 look like wild type, 1 white.
