Hello!
I am pretty familiar with chickens, I got my first bunch last year from a Tractor Supply Co.
I have at least 12 chickens, 8 hens, and 4 roosters.
(I am not very good with chicken breeds, but I'll try my best) My hens are Red sex-link mix, except for one which is a Ancona. For our roosters, we have another Ancona, another Red sex-link a California Grey, and a Silkie.
My favorite aspects of raising chickens are the chickens themselves.
When I am not taking care of chickens, I do a lot of drawings and paintings, with my main focus being cartoon and abstract art.
I joined BYC in hopes to become a better chicken mom and learn new things about chickens!
