Assorted 13 keets now 2 months old have outgrown stage 1 and stage 2 housing so I convert'ed a kids swing set.
Using plastic roofing and the cheapest lumber available it has come together per picture. It has used the slide for a ladder for run below and the A frame to support the uprights and the floor. One side has both wire "door" as well as a covered panel that is propped open for ventilation as desired. Perch runs the length and another piece of roofing panel on the floor is allowed to slip out for cleaning the poop. Will probably add a gravity fed watering arrangement and this should allow a few days away without worry of predators, lack of food or water.

May give someone else an idea of recycling these swingsets. I suppose 2 X 6s would make a pretty good cage as well. I used pipe clamps to attach 2X4s along the length of the A frame poles. A salvaged plastic sign being discarded by a sign company saved on wiring on that backside. They had listed on Craig's list pallets and old lumber for the taking.
