Sorry I don't know anything about Quail. But don't despair. Go UP to forums at top of page and then scroll through it till you reach "Quail Forum." Click on to them.

For chickens just stay on BYC and ask all the questions you need answers to. Welcome to BYC. It gets much easier as you go along.

Well, you can start by building our buying a chicken run/coop. And getting the feeders, waterers.
