I went and picked up my new Calls

It was and Exciteing Day to visit the breeder and see all the show calls he had.
I just

all over the place at the Beautiful colors and how small and cute they were.
I got 5 Grey's and a Adult Pair of White ones and to my suprise the white hen layed and egg yesterday

So i gave her a nest with a fake egg and this morning she was sitting on the nest.

OMG!

They are sooooo cute!!!

I have 4 Snowy Calls in the bater due to hatch this weekend. I can't wait!! They are all moving around I sure hope at least 2 hatch.

I have a question on the Call Eggs can i put them under a Broody Bantam Hen i have setting on fake eggs?

Will it work?

Show Calls are this small but you can get Pet Quality and they are a little bigger and have longer bills.

So, just curious, you were only able to tell the genders apart by feather coloring, right? I'm getting my own young Calls soon but they are black and will, at their current age, all look the same. That's why I'm asking.

Oh my gosh, the are BEAUTIFUL! How sweet! They are so small too, you're right about that. I've got to get me some of those, after all, my city DOES allow ducks! lol
