Glad to meet you, and welcome to BYC. I hear a number of complaints or questions about chicks bought at farm stores where the birds get mixed around in different bins. It seems that can happen pretty often.

If you want to get an answer about what breed is that mystery chick, try posting clear photos here. Take a look at these tips on how to take the best pictures here.

Hello,
I have been reading a lot on here for a little while and building infrastructure. We are new to chickens, not new to animals. We have chicks in the brooders now. We have 2 Buff Rocks, 2 Easter Eggers- 1.5 weeks, and we have a few that are less than a week old - 1 Welbar, and 1 Wyandotte and one questionable one.
It was supposed to be a Golden Sex link but when I got home it was colored just like the Wyandotte which is totally different from a Golden Sex Link - should have checked at store, I just saw they reached into the correct bin for the Golden. The Wyandotte(s) are either Gold laced or Silver laced - all were in same brooder at store, there were Columbians as well but these are darker than that.
Thanks
Welcome to BYC!
