New chic has weird wound?? Help!

Newly hatched chic (from today or maybe yesterday) from under my broody hen. Has a weird injury, almost like a second vent? I’ll attach a picture of the injury and then also vent, which is clear.

Could it be from mites/fly strike? My coop might have mites.

I have had chics for years. Why have I never seen their belly buttons before???? Ok but there is black stuff in it. I’m worried the chic has internal bugs?

It's a scab inside the belly button.

Some are more visible then others.

One thing you can do the next time is look, & compare other chick's belly buttons so you don't worry yourself again.
