New chick can't stand on right leg

Just got my first batch of 25 chicks this morning. All active and seem to be doing ok after their two day trip. Only exception is one of my babies can not stand on her right leg. Don't know if its broken , dislocated or what. Not sure what to do with this one.

Uh so sorry I have never had chicks shipped to me So I dont have any advice hopefully someone will give you some soon.
