New chick having leg issues after hatching.

Just added 6 new americana chicks to our flock. One of them had its umbilical cord wrapped around its led. They are 2 days old and it’s having issues with walking or applying any weight on it. Is there anything I can do to help it recover?

The toes...do they move?
You might have to straighten them out with a chick shoe.

The chick seems to be able to move the leg when holding. But unable to use it for walking. From what I have seen the toes stay closed like in the pictures.
