New chick help!

I got a chick as a gift because they told me I'm good with chickens, which is true, but the problem is I've never cared for a chick before! I've only raised pullets, adult hens, and roosters. Nugget is here with me, and all my hens are kind of mean, and the roosters don't care what I should do?

Do you have more than one chick? How old? Do you have brooder set up with a heat source? Chick feed? A chick waterer?

Never put a chick outside just like that. You can make a broody hen adopt it, but you should definitely have more than 1 chick. Maybe get it a few friends and invest in some chick feed. If you don't have a broody hen you need to get a whole brooder setup, which you can find on yt.
