New chick here

Hi all! I'm just finding my way around the board and thought I'd introduce myself. I live in upstate NY near the Vermont border. We have a small hobby farm that includes several goats, chickens, turkeys, ducks and a silkie. I would love to add more silkies as I think they are wonderful, but hard to find in my area. We have shown dogs for the last 20 years and been very successful, and would like to see a local chicken show if there are any in my area.
