Hello all! Glad to be here and hope to find good community from other folks who have experience.

(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Not new to chickens. Had them growing up and have had them for about 3 years now.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?

15 adults and 17 chicks

(3) What breeds do you have?

Rhode Island Red, barres rocks, americauna, australorp, wellsummer, wyandonette, and golden comets, lavender orphington and a couple I’m not sure of

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?

Watching them forage, my kids collecting eggs, knowing where our food comes from

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?

Horses, cricut machine crafting, cooking

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.

We love and serve Jesus

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?

Came across it when I google’d a concern for my flock.
