New chick is acting strange

Im currently hatching out a batch of eggs and one of them is acting very strange he pipped yesterday and had a pretty large hole when I checked last night but by this morning he hadnt made much progress there were 2 chicks in there that were tranpling his eggs and pushing him around and i just removed them, but this chick pushed its way out of the egg and it is just lying on the tray and he keeps kickiNg and peeping but he dosent seem to know that he’s outside the egg, i havrnt seen his eyes open, any help with this is greatly appreciated

His body doesn't look right, if he's not doing well in a few hours, it maybe be kinder to cull.

I'd give it a day or two, if baby has only been out for a couple of hours it might not really be awake yet. i find mine spend the majority of the first day sleeping and looking dead to give me a heart attack.
