The chicken has a red bold spot on her chest for the last 3 weeks. I was applying Hen Hiller multi purpose ointment with no result. What can I do help her?

It can be skin infection and if it is, is it viral or bacterial?
I feed the he chicken cooked rice and beans, chicken feed 17% protein, and black larvae worms.
Chickens don't peck her chest, I keep it covered.
The coop is dry and cleaned every day.
The chicken doesn't have parasites.
Poop is normal.
Will appreciate any suggestions.

Welcome To BYC

Can you check her crop to make sure it's emptying overnight? If her crop is not emptying, you'll want to address that symptom. It may be she has sour crop and is picking at her own feathers to try to give her some relief.
