New chick is sick

Hi everyone, I need some help.
I just got some new chicks and one of them has been acting funny.
She is falling asleep every few seconds constantly throughout the day, losing her balance and jerking. I tried to unload a video and it wouldn't work. If you know how I can get the video to post please let me know. You really have to see the video to see what I'm talking about!!!

Oh ok thanks. About a week. She is eating and drinking.

I would try to get her drinking fluids. Feed stores sell Poultry NutriDrench which is excellent as a boost of electorlytes, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. Make sure that her vent is not pasted with poop.
