New chick, just hatched. When do they leave the incubator??

Hello all,

I thought I was ready but forgot a vital piece of info....how soon after a chick hatches do you move it to the brooder?? I know they can survive on the yolk for a while but what about water?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just let them fluff up a bit and be strong enough to stand up and walk around on their own then I move them.
