New chick keeps one eye shut

We are new to chickens and haven't had experience with them until now. We got three mille fluer pullets Saturday. They all appearing healthy...eating, drinking, and very active. We have one who keeps one eye shut all the time. It doesn't appear to bother her. I've read about other chicks doing this and needing medication. Should I try something even though she appears fine? Any suggestions? Thanks!
