New chick, looks like a hen to me…I think?

Yes definitely a female. And yes that's a female specific pattern and that's what she'll look like.
Well she'll have a bit darker gold tones probably but hardly different.

Looks more like Cream Legbar or a CL mix to me.
Pullet
You will probably get blue eggs instead of green.

OE pullet that's probably Welsummer mixed with Cream Legbar, so hopefully you'll get green eggs with some speckling.

I’ve got two CL mix that look like your pics. Supposed to be OEs and yet they both lay blue eggs.
Never have laid green eggs.

Female specific coloring She looks a lot like my olive egger, Limu.

She was the first to start laying. She lays a lovely olive green egg.

Best guess is that she's a cream legbar/welsummer cross.

I got 3 Olive egger and 2 Easter eggers at the same time. I swore these two were the EEs based off what they looked like as chicks. I had EEs before that were chipmunk coloring... Hopefully we get some green eggs from a couple girls.
