Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
If you want to keep her, you need to make her a coop or some other safe place to sleep at night. Then think about getting her some friends.
Where are you located in the world? You can update your profile with that general information so we can make recommendations to you on what and how to feed her. If you are in the States, any farm store will sell commercial chicken feed. She would need an All Flock type of feed with oyster shell offered to her when she started to lay eggs.

She's a pretty girl! Maybe you have neighbors around you that are missing her?

If you keep her, like the other greeters have mentioned, you'll need a coop, waterer, feeder and poultry feed (available at places like TSC) and some chicken company.
