Thank you!Very nice.
Thank you! Yeah, thankfully there's some room to expand. That's pretty impressive, I love it. Looks like you've got some space to expand, too.

So happy you have joined our flock.
very nice coop.
Glad you joined.Glad to meet you as well!! Thanks for responding!!Glad to meet you. Best wishes with your birds and all your plans!
More space is better, and it depends on the size of your birds: bantams compared to standard or large sized birds. Also the temperament of the birds; some breeds do better in confinement than others. BUT...
Coop Space Guide:
Run Space Guide:
- Bantam: 2 square feet each.
- Standard: 4 square feet each.
- Large: 8 square feet each.
Thank you!!Hello and welcome to BYC!Glad you joined.
Thank you! Great to have an idea of what's good space..we'd already been talking about expanding, so looks like that may be a good goal..Hello, welcome to BYC. Technically, you do have room, but it is better to give them more room, than minimum. I like for mine (large standards) to have at least 20 sq ft each in the run, and 4 sq ft each in the coop.
